We visit many properties each year that have existing lighting in place but need some help to optimize the bulb life and effect. 

The higher quality LED bulbs we use (variety of beam spreads & color temperatures) will provide many years of use (rated for 10+ years/50,000 hours) and help battle the struggle with dimmer bulbs or premature burning out (changing bulbs every few months). The lower wattage bulbs we use (usually 3watt – 7 watt range) reduce the heat to ensure a much longer life. 

Invite us to examine your system to determine if leveraging what you have (verse installing everything new) is still a viable option, especially to fit into a more conservative budget while still accomplishing the desired end result. 

Many times an LED conversion combined with slight repositioning of fixtures is all you will need.

Our systems (solid brass fixtures, stainless steel multi-tap transformers, and low voltage wire) are built to last (covered by a life time warranty). We use a variety of higher grade LED bulbs which are rated for 50,000 hours of use (10+ years of enjoyment). The 5 year warranty is one of the industry’s best. As we design your property we will select the proper beam spread (15-80 degree) and bulb temperature (2,500K – 6,000K) to ensure your end result provides a great functional, dramatic effect. 

The LED technology has come a long way from the stark blueish-green applications of holiday lighting or dimmer effects of fluorescent lighting.  As you browse through our website every picture is an LED application that provides a nice soft warm white look that replicates the Halogen bulbs of the past. 

When needed we can offer a more commercial grade option of cool white temperature bulbs to help high light an area while providing added security or clarity.  Provide us with your specifications and we will do the rest. 

Many times when visiting a property we discover some wire has been damaged, bulbs just need replaced, or possibly a timer upgraded to get everything back up and working properly. 

After our initial detailed investigation we will determine if some simple or more complex repairs will be needed to maximize your system and the effect it produces.
